 What happens when you contact us?

The first step in the process to achieving your goals is to send us your CV. You can email it to us at office@qpl.co.nz or post it to us at PO Box 3070, Gisborne.

We will always acknowledge receipt of your CV and then your details will be entered onto our database. Each week, all new candidates are reviewed and their skills, experiences and expectations are matched to the range of opportunities available.

Where there is a promising match you will be contacted and asked to attend an interview with a member of staff from Quality People Ltd. We will also ask for your permission to contact two referees.

This interview is all about getting to know you; listening to your employment aims, your goals and motivations and your priorities. It is a huge benefit to both your consultant and any future employer to have had the advantage of this first interview to gain an understanding of you and what may suit you in the workplace.

Throughout the recruitment process we communicate with you. We will not put you forward for any position without discussing it with you first and we will offer you as much guidance as you require to assist you in a successful outcome.
